We invite you to stay in our beautiful two-bedroom suite located in the heart of Prince Edward County. A one-minute walk to Main Street in Picton and a 15-minute drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park. This space has a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room and laundry. Enjoy a walk to the Picton Harbour, go for a picnic at the gorgeous Macaulay Heritage Park, or dinner at one of the nearby restaurants in Picton.

Good to know

The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and spices. We love to cook and have included ceramic dishes handmade in Portugal from Fable and knives from Kilne. Please feel free to use them all, they are provided for your enjoyment. The living room hosts a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The two bedrooms have luxurious Helix Sleep mattresses and high quality, hotel grade bed linens.

House Rules

Pet Pre-Approval Needed: We'd love to get to know your furry family member! Before your stay, please introduce us to your dog by providing a few details for a swift approval process. At the moment, we're exclusively hosting dogs to ensure the comfort of all our guests. For all other pets, we are happy to provide contact information for local pet sitting services. Please note, a $300 fee will be applied for any exceptions to these rules without prior arrangement. Overnight Street Parking: There is an overnight on-street parking ban in effect from December 1st to March 31st.

Other Details to Note

The home hosts two separate suites and is perfect for a couple or small family. The staircase in the unit is steep, which could be a challenge for some guests. The house it 1 and 1/2 stories and both bedrooms do have slanted ceilings. License Number: ST-2021-0194

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at one of Scott’s properties in PEC and it was wonderful stay. The place itself was great - spotless, comfortable, and incredibly central. Scott is the most responsive, responsible, and communicative host we have ever dealt with on Airbnb. He is wonderful and so are his properties. If there is ever an issue Scott jumps in to solve the problem ASAP. We will absolutely be booking with Scott next time we go to the County.

We stayed at Scott’s place for a week with our two kids and really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was smooth, the house was spotless, and it had everything we needed. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the main street and a quick drive to Sandbanks and local grocery stores. Scott was a great host, friendly and communicative. It was a perfect first visit to PEC and will definitely book again!

Prince Edward County is lovely. Charming villages ,separated by enormous farms. Scott’s place is right off the main st in Picton. Everything in Picton is walkable. We had a Problem with getting Netflix and Scott was very helpful with making that work out. Downstairs is very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Because of slanting ceiling you have to watch your head(especially) at top and bottom of stairs. Stairs are very steep so take your time on them.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Scott's unit with our dog. It's in a great location, everything in town including some great places to eat are within walking distance. The unit was clean and well equipped.
